Group Product Manager - Cardiac

Role Overview: You will be responsible for brand differentiation within the Therapy space, achieving brand Sales and EI targets. You will need to undertake a minimum of 5 days of fieldwork per month to capture insights and field feedback. Additionally, you will be preparing monthly reports analyzing market trends, competitor sales, and Abbott forecasts, along with conducting research as per the brand need and therapy requirements on the advice of the therapy marketing manager. Key Responsibilities: - Develop brand marketing strategy and execute campaigns effectively. - Prepare VAFs, LBLs, and other promotional materials for brand communication and marketing, collaborating with 3rd parties and internal stakeholders. - Work closely with the sales team and training team to communicate the brand strategy. - Facilitate CSM and other sales meetings to drive brand strategy. - Complete essential documentation (ARFs/ PSAs / Camp certification) for brand-related activities. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy. - Experience: Pharmaceutical Product Management experience of 5+ years in MNC, exposure to managing Key Accounts / dealing with Key Opinion Leaders, experience in managing new launches is preferable. - Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, functional and technical knowledge on therapy areas owned and other therapies in the Division, creativity, innovation, and drive for results, ability to influence, lead, and work with cross-functional teams, analytical skills, good financial acumen, problem-solving and decision-making skills, planning and organizing skills for short term and long term, time management, and multi-tasking skills.,
