Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our team as a Group Leader in the Tempered division of Asahi India Glass Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in glass manufacturing and excellent leadership skills, with 6-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of professionals in the Tempered division.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient production and meet targets.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold high standards.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in glass manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of tempered glass processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve results.
