GROUP LEAD

Key Responsibilities

1. Ownership of Tech Ops Delivery

• Own and drive the complete Commercial Technology Operations delivery portfolio covering multiple regions like AMER, EU & APAC.
• Act as the key offshore POC for the client, ensuring seamless coordination, proactive communication, and delivery governance.
• Ability to lead multiple project teams and manage a team of around 40-50 members.
• Provide leadership guidance to team leads, drive tech & process excellence.
• Oversee SLA management, quality assurance, and operational efficiency across multiple workstreams.

2. Technology Expertise

• Must have thorough understanding of latest technology tools & trends and drive automation initiatives.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and drive automation initiatives across the projects.
• Define best technical practices for the teams, consistently upgrade the skill competencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Past experience in AWS or any cloud, SQL, Programming languages is required.

3. Project/Program Management

• Had prior experience in good project and program management of technology solutions/products.
• Ensure to review documentation, process standardization, and control adherence for reporting operations.
• Identify, highlight Risks early, create mitigation plans to address them and execute them on time at program level.
• Present regular status updates on the program with Senior stakeholders and actively participate on new initiatives.
• Ensure to drive Delivery excellence practices across his/her teams, maintains SOPs and ensure compliance with MSA

4. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Lead a multi-skilled offshore Tech Ops team comprising data engineers, analysts, and operations specialists.
• Collaborate closely with onshore delivery leads and client stakeholders for planning, prioritization, and impact assessment.
• Good presentation skills required to present regular updates to client stakeholders
• Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Manage resourcing, performance reviews, and knowledge transition activities
