About The Role

We’re looking for a senior leader to head a client-facing pod, driving performance, strategic direction, and growth. As the Group Account Manager (Pod Head), you will lead high-value client relationships, manage senior teams, and ensure seamless delivery of multidisciplinary campaigns. This is an opportunity to operate your pod like a mini-agency, with complete ownership of strategy, revenue, and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery, performance, and client satisfaction for all pod accounts.
  • Lead strategic conversations with key clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Manage and mentor Account Managers and senior team members.
  • Drive revenue growth via upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure operational excellence with adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Creative, BD, Strategy, Influencer, and Ops teams.
  • Champion training and upskilling within the pod.
  • Track and report on pod performance, ROI, and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve internal or client-related challenges with a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in client servicing/account management/campaign leadership.
  • 2–3 years in people management.
  • Leadership experience in a creative agency, digital marketing firm, or media company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong strategic planning, team leadership, and revenue management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, dashboards, performance tools, and communication platforms.
