Group Account Manager (Digital Marketing )

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring strong, strategic relationships and consistent client satisfaction.
• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, managing multiple account teams to deliver successful campaigns and projects.
• Lead strategic planning and execution of client campaigns in collaboration with creative, media, and digital teams.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.
• Provide mentorship, training, and leadership to Account Managers and Executives within the group.
• Review and approve client deliverables to ensure alignment with brand strategy, quality standards, and timelines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and presentations for clients, analyzing campaign results and proposing optimizations.
• Foster a collaborative team culture across departments, encouraging innovation and accountability.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to inform client strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in account management, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven track record of managing large client accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
