Job Description

You will be employed by Chinmay Finlease Limited, a Non-Banking Finance Company approved by the Reserve Bank of India, which specializes in providing short-term unsecured personal loans through its advanced technology platform. The company was established on 11 December 1996 in accordance with the Companies Act of 1956. As a Grievance Officer at our Ahmedabad location, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer complaints, resolve issues effectively, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards within the finance industry. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally. Your ability to efficiently address and resolve customer complaints is crucial. Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the finance sector is essential, along with meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving capabilities. Ideally, you should have prior experience in customer service or grievance handling roles, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field will be advantageous. Candidates with a background in NBFC will be given preference during the selection process.,
