We’re seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who can straddle both marketing and web design needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns: social media posts, banners, ads, email graphics, infographics.
• Design web graphics and UI elements: website headers, sliders, icons, buttons, page layouts.
• Work with the development & UX team to ensure designs are feasible and responsive across devices.
• Develop or refresh brand identity: logos, colour palettes, typography, brand guidelines.
• Assist in motion graphics / basic animation / GIFs / video creatives (optional but preferred).
• Collaborate with marketing, content, SEO, and project teams to understand campaign objectives, messaging, and target audience.
• Take feedback from clients / internal stakeholders and revise designs as needed.
• Optimize design files for web (correct file formats, size optimization, image compression) and ensure consistency in look and feel across all materials.
• Stay updated with design trends, digital marketing visuals, web UI/UX best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital agency or with marketing work.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital graphics, web visuals, branding, marketing creatives.
• Proficiency with design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) . Experience with web / UI tools like Figma, Adobe XD is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (so you can design with implementability in mind).
• Good sense of typography, colour theory, layout, visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills; ability to take and incorporate feedback.
• Optional/Plus: Experience with motion graphics, GIFs, and/or designing for ads (Google, Facebook).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
