Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who is well-versed in Figma, has a deep understanding of UI/UX design, and is passionate about creating engaging and innovative visual content. The ideal candidate will work closely with the digital and web development team to design user-friendly interfaces and brand assets that reflect creativity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive, user-centered designs for websites, landing pages, and mobile apps using Figma.
• Design engaging creatives for social media, branding campaigns, emailers, and marketing collateral.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups with a strong focus on user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to translate concepts into effective digital designs.
• Revamp existing designs to improve UI consistency, UX flow, and visual appeal.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging design tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma (must)
• Hands-on experience in UI/UX design with an understanding of user behavior and design psychology
• Strong command of design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Canva, etc.
• Knowledge of responsive design, web design principles, and basic understanding of HTML/CSS (optional)
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, UI/UX case studies, and design systems
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Prior experience working in a digital agency or with tech-based products is preferred
