Graphics Designer

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented professional who can bring visual stories to life.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in graphic design & video editing, with an eye for

aesthetics and brand consistency. This role requires someone who can think creatively, work

collaboratively, and manage fast-paced content demands.

Key Responsibilities

 Design engaging visuals including logos, branding kits, social media creatives, ad

campaigns, menus, brochures, and digital collaterals

 Create and edit short-form videos and reels optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and

other platforms

 Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling

across platforms

 Take ownership of brand visual identity and ensure consistent application across all

platforms and marketing touchpoints.

 Collaborate closely with marketing, content teams to translate briefs into impactful

creative assets.

 Brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas, mood boards, and theme-based

designs.

 Work on photo editing, image enhancement, mock-ups, and visualization layouts.

 Design and optimize graphics for web, mobile, and digital advertising platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

 Knowledge of basic video editing, reels, motion graphics, or GIF creation will be a

plus.

 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and

meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design.

 Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,

After Effects/Premiere Pro preferred) or equivalent tools such as Figma/CorelDRAW.

 Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout principles, typography, and brand

aesthetics.

 Proven experience in designing for corporate branding, marketing campaigns, and

digital platforms.

 Ability to independently handle design projects end-to-end with minimal

supervision.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, branding work, and campaign-

based designs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
