Graphics Designer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web & UI Designer with strong frontend skills to support our web development projects. The role involves designing user interfaces, creating graphics, and converting approved designs into responsive web pages. The ideal candidate should be proficient in design tools like Figma and Photoshop, with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/Website Design
• Design complete website pages and user interfaces using Figma.
• Focus on layout, color schemes, typography, and responsiveness.
• Graphics & Image Editing
• Create banners, visual assets, and basic branding elements (logos, icons) using Adobe Photoshop.
• Edit and optimize images for web use.
• Frontend Development
• Convert approved designs into static, responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic), Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with developers to hand off and implement frontend code effectively.
• Team Collaboration
• Participate in internal project discussions and implement feedback.
• Share updates, files, and deliverables using Google Drive, Slack, and email.

Tools & Technologies:

• Design: Figma (Primary), Adobe Photoshop
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (basic)
• Collaboration: Google Drive, Slack

Areas for Growth & Development:

• Strengthen JavaScript/jQuery for interactive UI components (menus, galleries, modals, validations).
• Improve attention to responsive design across different devices.
• Enhance creativity and deliver more modern, engaging designs.
• Build proactive communication and ownership in team tasks.
• (Optional) Gain basic WordPress setup and customization skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 0–2 years of experience in UI/Frontend design (internship or professional).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI and frontend work.
• Basic understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
