Pure Storage is seeking an accomplished and talented graphics designer to create engaging and high-quality learning experiences for our global partner community
This professional will be driven by a learner-centric approach as we innovate and transform our training and development programs for Reseller Partners, Managed Services Providers (MSP), Distributors, and Global System Integrators (GSI)
With this opportunity, you will leverage your skills and experience in graphics designing to help build and maintain partner training in a growing Commercial organization that delivers incredible results
We are looking for an experienced contractual Graphics Designer specializing in high-quality digital and instructional design
The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating animations, infographics, iconography, UI elements for eLearning platforms, and animated microlearning videos
This role is crucial for enhancing our training and learning offerings for both internal and external audiences
Key responsibilities include: Working in collaboration with the Sr Instructional Designer in Bangalore, and global team to: Design engaging infographics, iconography, and high-quality visuals tailored for instructional use
Develop interactive and visually rich UI elements for eLearning courses and platforms
Create short-form, animated microlearning videos to support on-demand learning
Produce high-quality animations and explainer visuals for eLearning and training content
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to conceptualize and visually enhance training materials
Prepare, test, and optimize SCORM 1
2 compliant assets for use in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Develop storyboards, templates, and visual themes for standardized corporate training modules
Demonstrate knowledge in some technical solution areas, including databases, analytics AI, cybersecurity, virtualization and containers, etc
Implementing review feedback by stakeholders, SMEs, and design managers to ensure high quality standards of deliverable
