Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with experience in telecom and enterprise messaging (SMS) industry to design impactful creatives for digital campaigns, product communication, and customer engagement. The role involves creating visuals that simplify technical SMS solutions, enhance brand identity, and support sales & marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital creatives (banners, social media posts, emailers, infographics) to promote SMS and telecom services.
• Create product-focused designs for bulk SMS, A2P messaging, promotional campaigns, and OTP services.
• Develop engaging presentations, brochures, and pitch decks for sales teams.
• Work on UI/UX elements for messaging portals, dashboards, and client apps.
• Visualize and design infographics explaining complex SMS workflows (routing, delivery reports, APIs).
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams to design creatives for campaign launches, product updates, and customer communication.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms – web, social, email, and print.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecom, IT, or digital product industry (SMS domain preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDRAW, Canva.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) for portal/dashboard design.
• Strong portfolio of digital communication and product-based creatives.
• Understanding of telecom/SMS industry trends and ability to visualize technical content effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
