Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with approximately 3

years of professional experience in visual communication. The ideal candidate will have a

strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various media, a solid understanding of

design principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-

quality work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Creative Development

o Conceptualize and design marketing materials including posters, flyers,

brochures, social media graphics, and email templates.

o Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create visuals

aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.

2. Branding & Identity

o Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital and print materials.

o Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed to reflect evolving creative

direction.

3. Digital Media & Advertising

o Design engaging display ads, social media creatives, and web banners.

o Work on UX/UI elements for websites or mobile apps, if applicable.

4. Collaboration & Project Management

o Coordinate with copywriters, photographers, and web developers to deliver

cohesive creative output.

o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.

5. Asset Management

o Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring all files are properly

archived and easily accessible.

o Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to

continually enhance design output.

6. Feedback & Iteration

o Present design concepts to team members and clients, gather feedback, and

refine designs accordingly.

o Incorporate feedback in a timely manner while preserving the creative vision

and brand consistency.

Qualifications & Skills

 Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in graphic design

(agency or in-house).

 Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual

Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have a strong

portfolio).

 Software Proficiency:

o Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

o Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Canva) is a plus.

 Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative

thinking.

 Design Principles: Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and

composition.

 Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and excellence in every

project.

 Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work

efficiently under pressure.

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Team Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with marketing, product, and

sales teams to meet shared objectives.
