Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  visual assets

  including banners, thumbnails, infographics, layouts, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Edit and assemble

  raw footage, recordings, and voiceovers

  into professional-quality videos.
• Create and apply

  motion graphics, titles, intros/outros, and transitions

  to enhance video content.
• Produce optimized content for

  digital platforms and social media (shorts, reels, posts, YouTube, etc.)

  .
• Perform

  color grading, audio balancing, and video enhancements

  to maintain professional standards.
• Ensure

  brand consistency

  across all creative and video deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet creative requirements within deadlines.
• Research and implement the latest

  design, editing, and AI-driven tools

  to improve efficiency and creativity.

Required Skills & Tools

• Graphic Design Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva / Figma (for UI/UX and quick designs)

• Video Editing Tools:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve (color grading)
• CapCut / Filmora (short-form content)

• Motion Graphics & Animation:

• Adobe After Effects
• Blender (3D design/animation – preferred)

• Other Tools:

• Adobe Audition (sound editing)
• Familiarity with

  AI tools

  (Runway, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Canva AI, etc.) is an advantage

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience:

  Minimum

  5+ years of professional experience

  in graphic design and video editing.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
• Strong

  portfolio/showreel

  demonstrating both design and video editing expertise.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead multiple creative projects.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.
