Role Overview

full-time Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, and stories aligned with our brand style.
• Edit reels & YouTube shorts with captions, transitions, trending effects, and music.
• Create thumbnails, banners, and infographics for social media.
• Repurpose educational content into visually engaging formats.
• Work with the content and marketing team to deliver on a publishing calendar.
• Stay updated on design and social media trends to keep content fresh.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma (design).
• Skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve (video editing).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
• Experience in social media content creation (Instagram reels, YouTube shorts).
• Strong eye for color, typography, and layouts.
• Ability to work from Raipur office (with hybrid flexibility).
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios welcome).
