About NetPractice NetPractice is an edtech startup helping SSC aspirants achieve exam success with gamified practice, streaks, and smart learning tools. We’re now building a strong social media presence to connect with aspirants through engaging, motivating, and high-quality content. Role Overview We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Raipur team. You’ll be creating engaging visual content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. This role suits someone who loves storytelling, follows youth trends, and can inject creativity into educational content. Responsibilities Design Instagram posts, carousels, and stories aligned with our brand style. Edit reels & YouTube shorts with captions, transitions, trending effects, and music. Create thumbnails, banners, and infographics for social media. Repurpose educational content into visually engaging formats. Work with the content and marketing team to deliver on a publishing calendar. Stay updated on design and social media trends to keep content fresh. Requirements Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma (design). Skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve (video editing). Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus. Experience in social media content creation (Instagram reels, YouTube shorts). Strong eye for color, typography, and layouts. Ability to work from Raipur office (with hybrid flexibility). 0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios welcome).
