As we grow in the Indian luxury home segment, we are looking for a talented Video & Graphic Designer to help us tell our story through visually stunning and brand-aligned content.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video & Graphic Designer who can translate our premium positioning into compelling visuals across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has strong storytelling ability through video, and can work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging videos for social media, YouTube, website, and campaigns (product demos, client testimonials, brand films, etc.).

Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms, brochures, presentations, and event materials.

Edit raw video footage into compelling visual stories with clean transitions, branding, and motion graphics.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, following Cibes’ global design guidelines.

Support marketing campaigns with custom visuals, emailers, infographics, and animations.

Collaborate with content writers, photographers, and marketing team to plan and execute creative projects.

Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep our creative approach fresh and modern.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or in-house).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design and video work.

Experience in designing for digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.

Understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.

Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with luxury or lifestyle brands.

Knowledge of photography and camera equipment (not mandatory but a bonus).

Understanding of SEO & social media best practices related to visual content.
