Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative visual concepts for advertising campaigns across digital, print, social media, and outdoor platforms.
• Design and produce marketing materials including banners, social posts, brochures, packaging, presentations, and brand assets.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, copywriters, art directors, and account managers to ensure concepts align with client goals.
• Interpret client briefs and translate them into compelling, on-brand visuals.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design outputs.
• Prepare final artwork files for print, publishing, and digital deployment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on design trends, advertising styles, and emerging creative tools.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
• Edit and retouch images, create mockups, and present design concepts to clients when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally within an advertising or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and conceptual design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to think conceptually and contribute to creative strategy.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with digital advertising formats (social media sizes, web ads, responsive design) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
