Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

Who are we looking for?

This position requires a creative thinker who can conceive campaigns and design communication collaterals for the brand. They will be responsible for coming up with innovative ideas and developing marketing campaigns for retail as well as digital platforms. They will work closely with the Brand and Marketing leads to ensure all creatives are aligned with the brand and reflect an understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create a strong design language for the brand that sets them apart in the industry.
• Develop all creative collaterals for digital marketing, retail, social media, publications, press releases, and website.
• Conceive and implement campaigns for the brand.
• The campaigns are to be disseminated through a 360-degree approach across all brand touchpoints. This involves integrating customer experiences through online, offline, PR, and advertising.
• Coordinate with other teams to develop creative strategies
• Work with photographers, production houses, etc. to ensure all design requirements are met from the start.
• Make an effort to understand the mental health care space deeply to be able to reflect the same empathy in their creatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years’ relevant experience
• Design software expertise - excellent knowledge of design software Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Should have strong technical knowledge as well as a great visual aesthetic.
• Prior experience as a Graphic Designer in advertising, design studio, or start-up industry.
• Bachelors degree in an art or design subject
• Strong team player as well as an individual contributor.
