We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer Location: Bengaluru (Uttarahalli) Work Mode: Primarily remote — must be available to come to the office when required Agency: SphereTree Analytics About SphereTree Analytics We are a rapidly growing social media agency based in Bengaluru, specializing in corporate and political branding, campaign strategy, and digital storytelling. With a team of 20 creative minds, we’re building impactful narratives and visuals that shape public perception and brand identity. As we expand, we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help elevate our visual communication. Role Overview As a Graphic Designer at SphereTree Analytics, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually engaging content for our clients across social media, advertising campaigns, and branding initiatives. You’ll work closely with content strategists, copywriters, and campaign managers to deliver consistent, high-quality designs that align with each brand’s vision and voice. Roles and Responsibilities Develop original graphic content for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Design creatives for brand campaigns, infographics, reels/campaign thumbnails, and digital ads Create and maintain visual identity systems for new and existing clients Collaborate with the strategy and copywriting teams to produce cohesive design concepts Convert briefs and storyboards into effective visual outputs Ensure timely delivery of creatives while maintaining brand consistency and design quality Adapt designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices Tools & Software Required Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator (Additional knowledge in After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus, but not mandatory) Key Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an agency environment Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding work, and campaign creatives Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving Strong communication and team collaboration skills Based in Bengaluru or willing to travel to Uttarahalli when required Salary ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month Compensation will be based on experience and portfolio strength How to Apply Send your resume and design portfolio to: contact@spheretree.in Contact: 99862 86639 If you or someone you know is a perfect fit for this opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
