Were seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor & Creative Specialist to join our dynamic team! If you’re passionate about crafting engaging videos, social media posts, and email templates that drive impact and elevate brand presence, this role is for you. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and proficient in editing reel-type videos while also having a flair for social media content and design. Key Responsibilities: * Edit and produce short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Stories, etc.). * Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to brainstorm and execute eye-catching social media posts and email templates. * Enhance video quality with sound design, motion graphics, color grading, and transitions, ensuring alignment with brand identity. * Design and create visually appealing email templates and graphics for various campaigns. * Maintain an organized digital asset library and manage project files efficiently. * Juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with a proactive approach. * Stay updated on the latest video editing and design trends, techniques, and best practices. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 2+ years of experience in professional video editing, particularly for social media. * Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. * Skilled in color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics. * A strong portfolio or reel showcasing your short-form video editing and creative design skills. * Knowledge of social media video formats and aspect ratios (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.). * Experience designing email templates and social media posts in line with brand guidelines. Preferred Skills: * Basic animation or motion graphics using After Effects or similar. * Experience with sound design and royalty-free music sourcing. * Familiarity with video production, camera equipment, and stock footage sourcing. * Creative mindset with a keen understanding of social media trends and best practices.
