Job Summary: We are seeking a Creative Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics. The ideal candidate is both artistic and strategiccapable of crafting visually compelling content that drives engagement and elevates the brand experience across digital and print media. This role requires versatility, innovation, and a collaborative spirit. Key Responsibilities: Develop original design concepts and visual assets that align with brand guidelines Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, and website visuals Translate ideas into impactful designs across static and motion formats Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure unified brand messaging Contribute to brand identity development and evolve visual systems as needed Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution, ensuring high quality and timely delivery Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2–5 years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar tools Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work including branding, digital campaigns, and layouts Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines without sacrificing quality Nice-to-Have Skills: Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Illustration or hand-drawing skills Experience with UI/UX or web design Photography or photo editing Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
