Founding Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute design projects across digital platforms.
• Create visual assets for marketing, product UI, and community engagement.
• Design graphics, presentations, and short-form content using

  Canva

  and

  Figma

  .
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for campaigns, product launches, or storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and founders to align design with product vision.
• Maintain brand consistency and evolve design language as the startup scales.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of design or creative production experience.
• Strong command of

  Figma

  ,

  Canva

  , and

  video editing tools

  (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Understanding of motion design, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to ideate visually and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Curiosity to experiment, iterate fast, and work in a high-speed startup setup.
• Based in or open to working from

  Indiranagar, Bengaluru
