The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our eCommerce strategy to drive online revenue growth. Roles and Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations Manage daily operations including order processing, appointment alignment as per POs, transport coordination, dispatch follow-ups, returns, cancellations, and inventory management. Team Coordination Work closely with warehouse, logistics, catalogue, transport, and marketing teams to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce functioning. Catalogue Management Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Swiggy, Instamart, Website, etc.) including titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points, and SEO-friendly content. Website & Marketplace Handling Manage day-to-day activities on multiple platforms, ensuring accurate product data, pricing, promotions, and content alignment. Customer Service Support – Coordinate with teams to resolve customer queries, returns, and complaints for improved customer experience. Business Reporting – Prepare and analyze sales reports, stock reports, return reports, and share actionable insights with management. Brand Content & Marketing Support – Assist in enhancing A+ content, coordinating promotions, coupons, sponsored ads, and campaigns. Advanced Excel & Google Sheets Work – Prepare MIS, tracking sheets, and analytical reports using advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.). Multi-tasking – Flexible to handle multiple areas of e-commerce operations, not restricted to a single function. Required Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations & catalogue management. Strong understanding of e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Website, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc. Experience in handling bulk sheet uploads, error fixing, and catalogue corrections. Proficient in Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters, MIS, reporting). Ability to coordinate across multiple teams (operations, logistics, catalogue, customer service).
