Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative powerhouse, a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can turn concepts into scroll-stopping visuals and impactful narratives. You'll be the creative engine behind our marketing, sales, and brand communications, ensuring that everything we put out is visually stunning, on-brand, and memorable.

This is a full-time opportunity based out of our Hyderabad office (Mon-Fri), where you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and leadership teams to craft visual stories that resonate across industries.

What You'll Do:

1. Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, presentations, reports, and digital marketing campaigns.
2. Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional events, product explainers, thought leadership content, and internal communication.
3. Create sleek and engaging PowerPoint and Word templates for sales decks, pitch presentations, whitepapers, and corporate documents.
4. Develop professional, share-worthy content specifically tailored for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
5. Work together with the marketing and business teams to bring concepts and campaigns to life
6. Stay on top of design and video trends, always pushing for fresh, innovative approaches.
7. Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all deliverables.

What We're Looking For: Design & Editing Tools Proficiency

• Canva
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent

Presentation & Document Design

• Microsoft PowerPoint (sales presentations, pitch decks, corporate storytelling)
• Microsoft Word (whitepapers, reports, proposals)

Creative Know-How

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and design aesthetics
• Understanding of branding and content strategy for B2B audiences
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social-first design principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves (Not Mandatory but Great to Have!)

• Experience in motion graphics or basic animation
• Exposure to marketing funnels, campaign strategies, or B2B SaaS/Tech brands
