Activities To Be Performed
- Understand client ask and deliver design as per the industry/Sector/requirement.
- Create, maintain, and improve the front-end of our web applications using HTML, CSS, have fair ideas of JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and XD is must) Good to have Figma knowledge.
- Experience in developing responsive and interactive web interfaces, ensuring seamless user experience across different devices.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as SharePoint.
- Good creative aesthetic towards high-end value-added designs.
- Understands brand and applies it effectively.
- Ensuring high standard of quality in deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work in a wide range of projects and collaborate with groups/teams
- Being proactive and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.

Requirements
These should include essential & desirable requirements such as:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent/degree in multimedia or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, and Word)
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Specially XD, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- UI / UX designer with 3-5 years of professional experience in UI Development and graphic design.
- Ability to work as reviewer – (Good to have)
- Impactful design portfolio.
- Out of box creative thinking, eye for detail and adaptability to new design technologies.
- Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision.
- Capacity to work as reviewer post training
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
