Job Summary:

Reliant Housing Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of our design language, create high-quality visuals, engaging reels, and manage content across digital platforms to build a strong and modern brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative assets for digital platforms including banners, social media posts, brochures, hoardings, and presentation decks.
• Ideate, storyboard, shoot and edit high-quality reels and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain visual consistency and ensure all creatives align with Reliant Housing’s brand identity.
• Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Stay updated on design and content trends in real estate and lifestyle.
• Work with photographers, videographers, and media agencies when required.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong portfolio in graphic design and social media creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Good eye for design, layout, colors, typography, and storytelling.
• Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends (especially Instagram & Facebook Reels).
• Experience in managing and growing brand presence online.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field.
• Prior experience in a real estate or lifestyle brand is a plus.
