Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, software proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand consistency.Key Responsibilities

Create engaging designs for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials
Design banners, posters, brochures, flyers, thumbnails, reels covers, and infographics
Develop brand-consistent creatives for campaigns and promotions
Collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams
Edit and optimize designs based on feedback
Prepare final files for print and digital publishing
Stay updated with design trends and platform requirements

Mandatory

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign

Preferred

Figma (UI/UX and collaboration)
Canva (quick marketing creatives)
Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (basic motion graphics)
CorelDRAW / Procreate (optional)

Technical & Creative Skills

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to design for multiple platforms (social media, website, ads)
Knowledge of print specifications including bleed, CMYK, and DPI
Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
Good time management and attention to detail

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Visual Communication (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills
Ability to take feedback positively and implement changes efficiently

Nice to Have

Experience with video thumbnails, reels creatives, or advertisements
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
Experience working with healthcare brands, clinics, agencies, or corporates
