We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in FMCG packaging and digital creatives. The ideal candidate will combine packaging design skills with the ability to create compelling listing images and marketing assets that drive brand visibility across offline and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design primary and secondary packaging (pouches, cartons, jars, labels, gift boxes, etc.) for FMCG products.
• Develop Amazon/Flipkart/e-commerce listing images, A+ content, banners, and infographics to enhance product visibility and conversion.
• Create marketing creatives for social media, website, campaigns, and offline collaterals (flyers, posters, POS materials).
• Work on mockups, dielines, and print-ready artworks in coordination with vendors and printing partners.
• Ensure packaging is brand-aligned, visually impactful, and practical for production.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency of brand identity across packaging and digital assets.
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Stay updated with design trends, consumer psychology, and competitor packaging/creative benchmarks.
• Liaise with printers to ensure color accuracy, finishing, and consistency across SKUs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts.

• 2-5 years of experience in FMCG packaging and creative design (food & beverage preferred).
• Working knowledge of CorelDraw, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and 3D rendering tools (KeyShot, Blender, Dimension) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of print production, dielines, and packaging materials.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce image guidelines (Amazon/Flipkart).
• Creativity with an eye for detail, combined with commercial awareness of FMCG branding.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
