About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled graphic designer who specializes in packaging, label design, and visual branding for cosmetics, food, and lifestyle products

This role is ideal for someone who understands how premium brands build trust through packaging, how design influences purchase decisions, and how to balance creativity with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging & Label Design (Primary Focus)

· Design primary and secondary packaging

· Understand material behavior (foil, matte, embossing, spot UV) and guide vendors on finishes, textures, and packaging innovation.

· Collaborate with product development teams to ensure packaging aligns with formulation, usage instructions, and compliance guidelines.

2. Branding & Visual Identity

· Translate brand guidelines into strong, cohesive packaging aesthetics

· Maintain consistency in visual language across packaging, inserts, labels, and product communication.

3. E-commerce & Marketplace Design

· Create hero images, infographics, comparison charts, and Amazon/Flipkart A+ content

· Design clean, conversion-friendly product detail pages showcasing packaging features and benefits.

· Build container-focused creative assets for D2C listings—ingredient highlights, before/after graphics, and variant breakdowns.

4. Social Media & Campaign Adaptations

· Convert packaging designs into strong visual assets for Instagram, YouTube, and performance ads.

· Create launch kits, unboxing visuals, and aesthetic content centered around packaging storytelling.

· Support influencer and campaign teams with packaging-centric creatives to improve product desirability.

5. Process, Collaboration & Quality

· Work with printers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of packaging files.

· Manage multiple packaging projects and SKU updates simultaneously with a strong eye for detail.

· Stay updated with global packaging trends in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle markets.


Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or related fields.

· 3+ years of experience in packaging and labeling

Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

· Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other D2C marketplaces is preferred.

· Strong sense of typography, color theory, and minimal luxury aesthetic.

· Ability to convert packaging concepts into both print-ready files and digital mockups.

· Knowledge of packaging materials (PET, glass, kraft, tube labels, laminates) is a plus.
