Job Summary

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media posts, and emailers for real estate projects.
Create visually appealing layouts for project branding, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and create designs aligned with the brand guidelines.
Develop high-quality 3D renders, floor plan layouts, and project presentations when required.
Work on creative concepts for launch campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing use.
Maintain consistency of branding across all visual communications.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Coordinate with printing vendors for final artwork and production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree or diploma in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts
, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience
in graphic design, preferably in the
real estate or construction industry
.
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro,Video Editing, Motion graphic )
.
Good understanding of
social media design trends
and digital marketing creatives.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think visually.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on real estate project branding, brochures, and 3D renders.
Familiarity with
architectural visualization, floor plans, and real estate marketing campaigns.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
