Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, site visits, references, digital platforms, etc.).
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure smooth documentation and possession process.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and property launches.
• Maintain and update sales reports, CRM records, and follow-up details regularly.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (2–3 years minimum).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and follow-up abilities.
• Sound understanding of real estate market trends and property documentation.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead platforms.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
