Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end sales activities for residential real estate projects.

Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, channel partners, online portals, and site walk-ins.

Convert prospects into buyers by understanding their needs and presenting suitable property options.

Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and benefits effectively.

Maintain and update CRM records regularly.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and referral business.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) for smooth execution of bookings and agreements.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Participate in promotional events, property expos, and channel partner meets.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years to 6 years in real estate sales.

Industry Preference: Real estate industry only (residential ).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.

Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage.
