Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with 4 years of proven experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing performance-based digital campaigns, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving ROI through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored for real estate projects.
• Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic reach and website rankings.
• Create and manage social media content calendars and engagement strategies.
• Generate high-quality leads through targeted digital campaigns.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve lead conversion rates.
• Monitor, track, and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI).
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Use CRM tools to track leads and coordinate with sales for follow-up.
• Analyse competitors and stay updated on digital trends in the real estate sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and digital sales strategies.
• Creative content development and social media campaign experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills

Preferred Tools Knowledge:

• Google Analytics / GA4
• Facebook Ads Manager
• HubSpot / Zoho CRM (or similar CRM)
• Canva / Adobe Photoshop
