General Objective

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who will create visually engaging materials (brochures, social media, presentations, website graphics) to attract students, design course content (slides, handouts), and manage branding, requiring skills in Adobe Creative Suite, creativity, and understanding marketing goals for educational promotion

Duties and Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design marketing materials like flyers, brochures, social media posts, web banners, and emailers for promotions and admissions.
• Course Material: Develop visually appealing presentations, handouts, workbooks, and digital resources for courses.
• Branding: Ensure all designs align with the institute's brand guidelines, colors, and tone.
• Digital Assets: Create graphics for websites, apps, and online learning platforms.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, admissions, and faculty to understand project needs and deliver effective designs.
• Training/Mentoring (Optional): Mentor junior designers or provide basic design training to staff/students.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain design databases.

Skills and Responsibilities

• Software: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for briefings and presenting ideas.
• Marketing Acumen: Understanding of how design impacts recruitment and branding.
• Experience: Portfolio demonstrating skills in both print and digital media.
• A portfolio of published articles or writing samples is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the education or learning industry is a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
