Job Summary

Graphic Designer

You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to turn ideas into impactful designs that inspire kids to create the future.

Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Visual Storytelling:

  Conceptualise and design visual assets for marketing campaigns: social media posts, ads, banners, landing pages, brochures, presentations, and more.
• Use

  AI tools (e.g. generative image tools, AI-powered assistants, smart layout/resize tools)

  to speed up ideation, create variations, and optimise assets.
• Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and audiences while maintaining visual quality and brand consistency.

• Collaboration & Concept Development:

  Partner with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, audience insights, and messaging.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and style directions and present them clearly to stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams (content, product, growth) to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.

• Brand & Systems

• Contribute to and maintain our

  brand guidelines

  , design systems, and asset libraries.
• Use AI tools to help generate and organise reusable components, templates, and variations.

• Execution & Delivery:

  Own design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, pixel-perfect output.
• Optimise files for web, social, print, and other channels (sizes, formats, accessibility).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Innovation & Trends:

  Stay up to date with

  design, AI, and digital marketing trends

  , and proactively suggest new creative approaches.
• Experiment with new AI features and tools (for example:

  idea generation, image enhancement, automatic resizing, mock-up generation, basic copy suggestions

  ) to improve workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Graphic Design

  or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a

  Graphic Designer

  , with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print work.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or similar tools (e.g. Figma, Canva).
• Hands-on experience with

  AI-assisted design workflows

  —for example:
• Using generative image tools to create or refine visuals.
• Using AI features in design tools for layout, enhancement, or automation.
• Strong understanding of

  design principles, color theory, composition, and typography

  .
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, multicultural team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, brand-aligned work.
• Basic understanding of

  digital marketing

  (social media, performance creatives, landing pages) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics and

  video editing

  (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI-assisted video tools).
• Experience with

  UI/UX design

  (wireframes, simple interfaces, design systems, prototypes).
• Familiarity with

  web design principles

  (responsive design, basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities/constraints).
• Comfort experimenting with

  new AI tools

  and sharing best practices with the team.
