Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for creating visually striking and brand-consistent creatives across digital and print platforms. From social media and websites to mobile apps, packaging, pitch decks, and campaign materials — you’ll help bring our brand to life through compelling visuals.

As a key team player, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product across India and UAE to deliver unified and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Communication

• Design digital marketing assets including social media posts, emailers, and digital ads

• Create professional corporate pitch decks, sales proposals, and internal presentations

• Design print media such as brochures, banners, hoardings, and other marketing collateral

• Develop UI assets and visuals for our website and mobile app

• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive campaigns

Teamwork Collaboration

• Work effectively with team members across India and UAE

• Take constructive feedback and iterate designs to align with strategic goals

• Ensure all visual communication aligns with the brand's tone and identity

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field

• Strong portfolio (academic, freelance, or professional work)

• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva

• Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal written)

Qualifications

• Experience working with e-commerce, logistics, or tech-driven brands

• Basic knowledge of UX writing and design principles

• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication abilities for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to analyze delivery data and improve operational KPIs.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
