Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality

  social media creatives, static posts, reels thumbnails, stories, and ad creatives

  across multiple platforms.
• Create and refine

  brand identities, logos, brand guidelines, and visual assets

• Work on

  web and app UI/UX design elements

  , ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and development teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Lead design projects from ideation to execution while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and social media aesthetics.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines with attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional design experience

  (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  branding, logo design, and social media creatives

  .
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools:

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma/Canva

  .
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Knowledge of video editing/motion graphics will be a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setup.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
