Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:

  Develop high-quality, creative, and on-brand graphics for use across digital marketing platforms, including social media, email newsletters, website banners, infographics, digital ads, and more.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure that all design work aligns with client brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual materials.

• Collaborative Work:

  Collaborate with content writers, marketing strategists, and project managers to produce designs that support campaign goals and enhance brand presence.

• Social Media Assets:

  Create graphics and templates for social media posts, stories, and ads, ensuring they are optimized for different platforms.

• Website Design Elements:

  Design visually appealing elements for websites, landing pages, and blogs that enhance the user experience and engage visitors.

• Creative Concepting:

  Develop innovative concepts for digital campaigns, using design to help tell compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.

• Photo Editing:

  Edit and retouch images for use in various marketing materials, ensuring high-quality visuals.

• Design Updates:

  Regularly update and refresh designs based on client feedback, performance metrics, and current design trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  4-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a digital marketing or agency setting.

• Skills:

  Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite

  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,

  CorelDRAW, AI Tools

  or similar design tools.

• Design Aesthetics:

  Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition to create visually impactful designs.

• Creativity:

  Ability to generate fresh, creative ideas that align with clients’ marketing objectives and brand identity.

• Adaptability:

  Comfortable working on a variety of design styles and across different industries.

• Attention to Detail:

  High attention to detail and the ability to deliver pixel-perfect, polished designs.

• Communication:

  Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.

• Time Management:

  Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with UI/UX design and web design principles.
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end web design and Figma will be Added.
