Job Summary:

Ghungroo Seth is looking for a creative and energetic Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who can enhance the café’s brand presence through attractive designs, engaging content, and strong social media management. The candidate will create visually appealing graphics, manage all social media platforms, and produce/edit videos that reflect the café’s vibe, products, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Designing

- Create eye-catching designs for social media posts, banners, menus, promotional materials, and in-store creatives.

- Design festive, seasonal, and campaign-based visuals aligned with NIBS Café’s branding.

- Use professional design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.

- Social Media Management

- Manage daily posting and updates across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.

- Plan and schedule content focusing on engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

- Respond to customer messages, comments, and maintain a positive online presence.

- Track performance insights and prepare monthly reports for management.

- Video Creation & Editing

- Shoot and edit high-quality videos, reels, and product highlights showcasing the café’s ambience, menu, offers, and events.

- Use editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Filmora to produce creative content.

- Work closely with the café’s management to develop video concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in graphic designing, social media handling, and video editing.

- Strong creativity and understanding of trending café/food content.

- Ability to work on design software and digital content tools.

- Good communication and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or café-based content creation is a plus.
