Role Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our creative workflow. In this role, you will work closely with the lead designer to prepare, upscale, and export design assets for production, as well as create and maintain templates and other supporting materials.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and upscale artwork for production while maintaining design integrity and qualityExport designs in various formats, sizes, and color profiles as requiredCreate, organize, and manage reusable design templatesSupport file management, version control, and asset organizationPerform quality checks to ensure designs meet technical standardsAssist with other design-related tasks as assignedRequirements:Solid understanding of design principles and digital file formatsProficiency with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools)High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to follow creative direction while working independentlyExcellent communication skillsBonus: Experience with print production or embroidery digitizing (if relevant)What We Offer:Flexible working hoursA creative and collaborative environmentOpportunity to grow with our team and expand your skill setIf you have a keen eye for detail and love working behind the scenes to bring creative visions to life, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding
• Proficiency in Typography
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
