Role Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our creative workflow. In this role, you will work closely with the lead designer to prepare, upscale, and export design assets for production, as well as create and maintain templates and other supporting materials. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and upscale artwork for production while maintaining design integrity and quality Export designs in various formats, sizes, and color profiles as required Create, organize, and manage reusable design templates Support file management, version control, and asset organization Perform quality checks to ensure designs meet technical standards Assist with other design-related tasks as assigned Requirements: Solid understanding of design principles and digital file formats Proficiency with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to follow creative direction while working independently Excellent communication skills Bonus: Experience with print production or embroidery digitizing (if relevant) What We Offer: Flexible working hours A creative and collaborative environment Opportunity to grow with our team and expand your skill set If you have a keen eye for detail and love working behind the scenes to bring creative visions to life, we’d love to hear from you!
