Edelytics is an education-first brand that blends creativity with data-driven strategy to reshape how learning is communicated and experienced online. We’re building a bold, impactful visual identity and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help us bring that to life through clean, scroll-stopping static creatives.
We're on the lookout for a design visionary who can lead with creativity and deliver with precision. If you live and breathe aesthetics, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to turn ideas into visually compelling stories, you might be the one we're looking for. At Edelytics, design isn’t just a function, it’s a core part of how we think, communicate, and grow.
● Design high-quality creatives for social media (posts, carousels, stories), blogs, ads, presentations, and digital campaigns.
● Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives with strong attention to layout, hierarchy, and typography.
● Create brand-aligned assets across marketing, internal branding, hiring, and client-facing touchpoints.
● Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
● Adapt and repurpose templates across formats while maintaining consistency and design hygiene.
● Stay updated on visual trends, digital aesthetics, and evolving social media formats (e.g., reels, carousels, ads).
● Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery with strong creative quality.
● 1–4 years of experience in graphic design agency, freelance, or in-house.
● A strong portfolio that reflects good aesthetic judgment and experience in digital-first content.
● Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign is preferred.
● Strong grasp of design fundamentals layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
● Organized, self-driven, and able to balance creativity with practical deadlines.
● Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and ad design best practices.
● Experience creating or working with brand guidelines or design systems.
● Presentation design skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, pitch decks).
● Interest or exposure to motion graphics, animation tools (After Effects, Adobe Express, or similar).
● Awareness of UI/UX or basic web layout understanding is a plus.
● Real-world experience in content strategy and execution
