Graphic Designer (with UI/UX Exposure)
Earnest Data Analytics | Noida, UP (On-site) | Exp: 1–3 Yrs (Freshers with strong portfolio encouraged) | Immediate Joiner | Role Snapshot:You'll drive the visual identity of our data analytics platforms and marketing materials, translating complex data into simple, impactful visuals. This role involves both high-level branding and hands-on production design, with opportunities to influence product design aesthetics.Key Responsibilities:1. Visual Design: Create high-quality graphics for web, mobile apps, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.2. Data Visualization: Design compelling infographics, pitch decks, and illustrations that effectively tell data stories.3. Brand & Consistency: Collaborate with Marketing and UI/UX teams to enforce a strong, consistent brand across all touchpoints.4. Creative Production: Develop creative assets, including logos, banners, and support product launches with graphics and motion visuals.5. Motion/Video: (Bonus) Edit short videos, animations, or explainers for digital engagement.Essential Skills & Tools: 1. Design Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent.2. Foundation: Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.3. Data Translation: Proven ability to convert complex, technical concepts into clear, concise visuals.5. UI/UX Readiness: Familiarity with Figma is a strong advantage.6.
