Role Responsibilities Design engaging graphics for various digital platforms. Create visual concepts that communicate ideas and information clearly. Develop website layouts and user interface elements. Collaborate with other team members to ensure design consistency. Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends and design software. Assist in the creation of marketing materials and branding assets. Utilize typography and color theory effectively in designs. Ensure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Maintain a digital asset library for easy access to design files. Conduct user research to understand target audience needs. Provide input on project timelines and resource allocation. Assist in training junior designers or interns as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices. Excellent visual and aesthetic skills. Ability to work within tight deadlines and handle multiple projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take constructive criticism and make revisions accordingly. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics. Experience in branding and identity design. Understanding of printing processes and graphic production. Ability to adapt to new design software and tools. Motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Experience with animation or motion graphics is a plus. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
