Graphic Designer

About the Role:We

are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience in illustration and Photoshop, who can bring creative ideas to life while thinking analytically. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to collaborate closely with our content and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

:Create visually engaging designs for digital and print: social media, blogs, landing pages, ads, infographics, and more.Design original illustrations and visual assets to support marketing, branding, and product narratives.Work closely with content writers and marketing teams to transform complex ideas into easy-to-understand visuals.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.Analyze design performance (e.g., CTRs, engagement) and iterate based on data and content goals.Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer ideas that align with content and business strategy.

Key Skills Required

:Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)Strong illustration and conceptual design skillsAbility to think visually and analytically – understand what works, why, and how to improveExcellent sense of color, typography, and layoutUnderstanding of content-driven design (how content and visuals interact for better communication)Strong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to receive and act on feedback quickly and constructively

Preferred Qualifications

:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related fieldExperience working in fintech, digital media, or a fast-paced startup environmentFamiliarity with A/B testing, user engagement metrics, and iterative design
