The Role

We are looking for a talented go-getter who can think out-of-the-box for creating impactful designs. A person who does not shy away from experimenting and can visualise & create designs which are in trend and aligned with the future of the clients journey, will get an opportunity to be a part of our core team.

What we are looking for

• Is well versed with the design tools and is aware of the latest trends and styles
• Has the ability to collaborate with team members and can articulate ideas and is confident to present the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client’s brief and deliver designs as per their brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
• Design groundbreaking ideas for day-to-day tasks, company services and product presentations and client pitch decks
• Make confident design decisions, and be supportive in helping others develop their ideas

Skills Required

• Qualifications - Degree (or equivalent) in Design, or related field
• At least 1-2 years’ graphic design experience, with a focus on branding and brand building
• A proven track record of creative idea generation and development
• An ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles and how they impact design
• Strong presentation, organisational and time management skills
• Fluency in English
• A keen ability to work with and motivate others on the team
• Confident, results-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated
• Proficient in design software. Well skilled in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat and an understanding of the capabilities of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design)
