Job Summary:

Develop high-quality visual designs for digital and print materials including presentations, social media graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and branded documents. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into effective visual solutions.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work. Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate our visual presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating range and creativity.

Proficiency in Canva, including template creation and brand kit management. Expert-level skills in Figma and/or Adobe Photoshop.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing both digital platforms and print production.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign). Motion graphics or video editing capabilities. Background in designing for government, nonprofit, or B2B sectors. Experience with presentation design for executive-level audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
