Brandmovers is seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate client messages and enhance brand identities across various digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate strategic insights into innovative visual solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Visual Concept Development: Generate original visual concepts and designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website layouts, banner ads, email templates, infographics, presentations, and interactive experiences.
- Brand Guideline Adherence: Ensure all design work strictly adheres to client brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity, color palettes, typography, and imagery.
- Collaboration & Ideation: Work closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, and Strategists to brainstorm creative concepts, develop campaign themes, and contribute to the overall visual direction of projects.
- Design Execution: Produce high-quality design assets using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Adaptation & Optimization: Adapt creative assets for various platforms and formats, optimizing designs for different screen sizes, resolutions, and media requirements (e.g., mobile, desktop, print).
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients effectively, iterating on designs while maintaining the integrity and strategic intent of the creative vision.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Brandmovers' creative output remains fresh, innovative, and industry-leading.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets efficiently, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related creative field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital advertising agency or in-house creative team.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, visual storytelling, and a range of styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling visual communications.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing pixel-perfect designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and receive constructive feedback.
