Job Summary:
We're seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with a passion for creating high-quality visuals that elevate our brand and drive results. You'll be a key player in producing engaging designs for our sales, marketing, and corporate materials, collaborating closely with our team while confidently taking the lead on projects. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and expertise in industry-standard design platforms are essential. We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services.Key Responsibilities:Design & Development:

Create visually appealing sales collaterals such as decks, teasers, one pagers brochures, and case studies
Design corporate assets including brand guides, business cards, email templates, social media graphics, and internal communication materials
Develop creative concepts and layouts based on marketing strategies and business goals
Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards, maintaining a professional and cohesive look across all platforms

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions
Present design concepts clearly and effectively, incorporating feedback to refine and improve materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and projects with high-quality design assets

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and future use
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual materials

Technology Integration:

Leverage AI tools and design software to enhance workflows and productivity
Adapt to new technologies and software that improve design processes and project outcomes

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Figma and/or other commonly used design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and other design software
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience in creating sales collaterals, corporate assets, and marketing materials
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
Tech-savvy with experience in AI tools for design and workflow optimization
Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
Must have a personal PC/laptop and a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download & upload speed)
